The Best Corn Dip

Total Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • - 1 cans Mexican corn

    - 1 can white corn

    - 1 can green chilis

    - 1 diced jalapeno

    - 8 oz freshly shredded pepper jack

    - 1 block cheddar cheese

    - 4 green onions chopped (greens and whites included)

    - 3/4 cup mayonnaise

    - Onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, chili powder to taste

  • - preheat oven to 400 degrees

    - Drain and rinse corn and green chilis

    - Dice jalapeño and green onions

    - Grate the block of cheddar

    - In a large bowl mix all ingredients together then begin to season them to taste

    - Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and cook for 30 minutes uncovered or until the edges are bubbling… enjoy!
