Oreo Balls
Total Cook Time: 30 minutes ish (but 1-24 hours of prep time)
-
- 1 package of your favorite Oreos (I use the regular ones but have replicated this recipe with double stuffed and gluten free Oreos and it turns out perfectly with those too)
- 1 block of low fat cream cheese
- White Chocolate Candy Melts (Kroger brand works great but if you can’t find it then Ghirardelli is your next best option)
- Toothpicks
Optional
- Food coloring
- Sprinkles
-
- Lay out your cream cheese so it can start to soften but don’t microwave it. It needs to stay firm for the Oreo balls to hold together.
- In a high-quality blender or food processor, blend Oreos to complete dust (you may have to do this in batches depending on the quality of your machine)
- In a large bowl use a spatula to combine Oreo dust with the block of cream cheese. This will definitely take some elbow grease, but mix until the paste is fully combined and you cannot see any more cream cheese.
- Next roll into ping-pong size balls, and place on a greased baking dish. Then freeze these for at least an hour, but up to 24 hours.
- Once frozen it is time to decorate… get creative with it depending on your occasion! I recommend dipping them with a toothpick into the chocolate. Enjoy!

Any occasion… any holiday… a true crowd pleaser :)
