Siam Salad DUPE
Cook time: 10 minutes

- 1/2 head of Napa cabbage thinly sliced (can substitute for a bag of Cole slaw if you don’t love chopping)
- 1 can of mandarin oranges (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of French fried onions
- 5 green onions (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 avocado
Dressing
- 1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar (I wouldn’t substitute this for any other vinegars)
- 1/4 cup neutral oil (avocado, peanut)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbls sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tbls simple syrup (make your own, 1 tbls sugar, 1 tbls water, microwave for 45 seconds)
- 1 tbls grated ginger
- 1 tbls sriracha
- 1 tbls sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

SUMMERTIME! This is a great meal prep salad… just make sure you only put dressing on your serving right before eating. Th dressing will last for a week in th fridge.
