Hot Honey Whipped Feta Dip

8 oz block of cream cheese
8 oz block of feta cheese
1 large bulb of garlic
4 tablespoons of hot honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Cut off the top of the garlic bulb, drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place directly in the oven on the rack and let roast for 45 minutes.
Once roasted, remove from foil and squeeze the softened cloves out of the bulb and into the blender. Add in cream cheese, feta, olive oil, honey nd seasoning. Blend until whipped texture forms. (About 5 minutes on high) Top with more fresh cracked pepper and hot honey.
Serve immediately, Enjoy!
